Upon acceptance, you will be regarded as a Sibko (Recruit) - Sibkos need a Clan sponsor from within Clan Blood Spirit in order to be activated to front-line status. Practice individual skills, while participating in standard Clan practices, preparing for your first ToP to gain mechwarrior status. Sibko training among Steel Viper and Jade Falcon has been called harsh, but training among Clan Blood Spirit is deadly. The process is excessively harsh, leading to many deaths among cadets. So brutal is the training program that, on occasion, an entire sibko of one hundred will wash out. Though this system produces few warriors, those who survive it are among the best warriors in Clan space.
